First of this is NOT an "Illegal" three level paying randomizer, we use a ONE level randomizer script to automate payments for and to members and admin, but you can NOT just pay and hope to make money by advertising the site.

You...MUST HAVE...a product, website or service that you want added into at least ONE of our display categories.

There are five categories you can have your images and website links added to for a one time fee total of $18.00.

They are listed on the home page.

We will NOT accept any payments just so you can make some fast cash and any payments received that are NOT accompanied by your banner or e-book images via email after you sign up will be promptly refunded!

If you are planning to make money just by joining and advertising the website to make Instant cash payments over and over with-out actually using the service to promote your own product(s) - Websites and such...we rather you don't join at all.

This website is dedicated to serious folks who want serious traffic and serious results.

It is reserved for people that hate scams and love honest admins.

Our fees are the same as a members fees, and our fees are for the work involved with opening our script and editing the information manually to add YOUR images and website links.

By submitting payment to the sponsor shown, you are sending them the first part of the sponsorship fee to become a lifetime advertiser through this sites banner ads and various programs and to have your banner or e-book images added to the categories.

Your payment to the sponsor is their one time 50% commission fee for their work in recruiting others that wish to use our various advertising services.

In the case where NO sponsor is available you will be assigned a Random Member from the system to whom you will make the first payment instead.

This random member is someone who has followed the guidlelines and has ads in our system.

All ads are tested weekly...and if an ad is reported dead we will notify that member requesting a new link or image, and if there is no response within 72 hours that members ad will be removed and that members account will be placed on hold!

We understand server outtages and will allow a 72 hour grace period as mentioned.

In case of the member not wanting to advertise any more the account will be removed with no refund and as such we will have deemed our services rendered and no refund will be issued so don't ask please. Upon completion of the first payment to your/the sponsor and the last payment to admin for installing your links and images to the home advertising page, you will be redirected back to this website to complete your signup.

Once you have completed the signup you can login to retreive your referral url and some banners to add in forum signatures or adboards or anywhere else you choose.

To get your banner/image/links added in the categories...simply send us the Image Link to the image you want displayed, Plus the Wesite Url that users will be taken to on clicks.

The process is not automated to prevent abuse and porn related sites etc.

You can purchase more weight AND banner/image/link insertions at the same time but you MUST submit your banner/image/link information within the same 72 hours as you purchased the weight.

We can NOT and will NOT add banner/image/link insertions that you submit by email more than 72 HOURS after you have purchased extra weight.

This would create a massive backlog!

If you buy 16 extra Rotations for $9.00 you can have ONE more banner inserted!

If you buy 32 extra Rotations for $18.00 you can have THREE more banners inserted!

If you buy 60 extra Rotations for $36.00 you can have FIVE more banners inserted!

If you buy 100 extra Rotations for $45.00 you can have SEVEN more banners inserted!

If you buy 200 extra Rotations for $54.00 you can have TEN more banners inserted!

If you buy 300 extra Rotations for $63.00 you can have FIFTEEN more banners inserted!

If you buy 500 extra Rotations for $71.00 you can have TWENTY more banners inserted!

This site uses a database and PHP script to randomly select a sponsor's payment ID when the URL is called from a browser.

This places the ID into the button as shown above, and the new sponsor pays the first part of the fee.

As stated above, after you have paid the sponsor you are redirected to the admin page to complete your setup by selecting the amount of weight to add to your database entry.

Those members with a higher weighted rotation will have their ID's displayed more often.

All members may increase their rotation weight at anytime by visiting the Upgrade page.

By joining and adding your ID, you agree that you understand fully that the system is completely random and if you select to choose a lower rotation weight that your ID may not be displayed as often as another sponsor who has a rotation weight set to a higher value.

You also agree that you understand, not all visitors to the main page that is advertised by us will automatically choose to join the system.

We do not and will not guarantee 100% that all sponsors will receive random payments from the system although all sponsors ID's are rotated and ID's are displayed. We Do Guarantee that we will advertise the website consistantly.

Please make sure you fully understand the rules about unsolicited advertising.

All sponsors who join the system will be issued with a sponsor URL to send their own prospects to join the system via their own payment ID.

The URL is issued with your sponsor ID included in the address.

You may use this URL to link to from your website, by sending in email messages and sending direct traffic there to.

We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any sponsor instantly that uses their link in any form of unsolited advertising.

We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this rule.

You must understand and agree to all the above conditions before proceeding to join.
